Community Survey

In September 2009, the Ludlow Master Plan Committee developed a town-wide survey on a variety of issues that touch the lives of residents including housing, open space and recreation, land use, town government and transportation. The survey results will be used by the Master Plan Committee in developing the goals and strategies in this long range plan.

The survey was distributed online and in a paper format, in both English and Portuguese. Paper versions were available at the Town Hall, library, senior center, Fire Department, and Randell’s Farm. Copies were also included as an insert in the Register newspaper. Results were collected through December 2009.

As of December 31, 2009, the total number of surveys collected was 410, or about 5.3 percent of the total households in Ludlow.
