Assessors Notice
The Town of Ludlow Board of Assessors will be doing cyclical inspections for 2023, these include any property that has not been inspected or reviewed by building permit by the assessor in recent years.

About the Board of Assessors
The Board of Assessors has the responsibility to see that the department maintains assessment levels which are allowable by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and that a timely tax rate is set each fiscal year. They make all major decisions involving the department, act on exemption and abatement applications, and establish all office policy.

Assessor's Notice
To all residents who apply for personal exemptions (such as Veterans, Seniors, and Blind), exemption applications will be mailed out after July 1st to existing applicants for the new fiscal Year.
