Dog Licenses - Expire on March 31st of Every Year. The Clerk's Office begins issuing licenses on March 1st You can register your dog in person or via our Mail-In Dog Registration Form (PDF)
You must have an updated rabies certificate with the date of expiration on it as well as proof that the dog is spayed or neutered if this is the case. If your dog is not licensed by July 1st, an extra $10.00 per dog will be charged. Notices will be sent to those who have not licensed their dog prior to charging the late fee. Failure to license your dog with the Town after the late fee is applied will result in your information being given to the dog officer who will take further action.
You must license your dog every year, or as soon as it receives its first rabies shot.
The cost is $20.00 if the dog is not spayed and neutered
